On Thursday, February 21, the Art Club met in Mr. Andrew Anderson’s room as they do every other week. To start the meeting, Mr. Anderson gave everyone who wore their Art Club shirts candy. He then showed the club members funny pun pictures that involved artists’ quirks.
Then he discussed the ‘matting party’ that would be held later that day after school. The club members that went to the matting party cut out borders for all the artwork that are going to be shown in the art show.
Anderson also told the club about the other upcoming events, mostly things that involve getting ready for the art show coming up soon.
The students in the Art Club work very hard in all the activities they do. Being the biggest club on campus, they have a lot of responsibilities to uphold. They get almost everything done on time with smiles on their faces.
