Chosen by varsity head coach Chad Peters, Josh Watterson gets Athlete of the Week for his hard work on both ends of the floor.
“Josh is working very hard right now on defense and on offense and his tremendous defensive efforts are giving him great opportunities on the offensive end of the floor,” Peters said.
Watterson had 29 points, 12 rebounds, and a respectable 7 blocks against South Tahoe.
“He played very well,” Peters said.
The Bucks played the Spring Creek Spartans this past Tuesday and Watterson had a monster dunk. Lowry was able to get the win and will be looking forward to their next games against White Pine and West Wendover this Friday and Saturday.
