On Friday, September 7, the Lowry JV football team defeated Wooster 56-26.
The Lowry running backs played extremely well, helping secure the win for Lowry, and running back Thomas Schwartz was the game’s MVP according to Kyle Mc Craney. Mc Craney said that they are going to dominate the next game.
Coach Ty Lucas said the team did well, with Cody Mecham being the best player on the field in his opinion.
“They did good on the field, but the team needs to learn to finish the game strong,” said Lucas. “Our next game is going to be a good test to see how we’re doing in the season so far.”
The team’s next game is September 13 against Fernley.
