Bucks split against Elko

Elko and the Lowry Buckaroos fought it out at the JV match on April 27, 2010. Alex Nimmick, Daniel Pollock, Brandon Eastman, and Michael Arenas all scored a run in the first inning getting the Bucks off to a great start. In the bottom of the first inning, the Bucks took the lead 4-2. Starting off the second inning Daniel Pollock, Brandon Eastman, Michael Arenas, Tyler Brumm, and Jesse Studebaker all gained runs from Elko. All those runs helped Lowry come away with the win 12-11. Michael Arenas helped secure their win on the mound.

In the second inning, Tyler Brumm made it home to get the Bucks their first run of the game. The Bucks came back up in the fourth inning when Brandon Eastman and Michael Arenas made runs making the score 3-12 with Elko taking the lead. The game ended in the fifth inning due to the ten-run mercy rule, 13-3.
