Friday, January 25, 2013, the freshman boy’s basketball team played West Wendover and came out strong and ended up victorious. West Wendover put up a good fight but, the Bucks were able to defeat the Wolverines, 63-14.
Christian Riddle only had good things to say about the game.
“I thought we did really good against them. Our overall performance was outstanding and we can’t wait to play them again on February 8th,” said Riddle.
Coach, Grant Beatty had quite a lot of things to say about the game. The final score of the game was 63-14.
“We played pretty good, they were small, and we were tall. Both teams played hard. Dominic Diaz took care of the ball and controlled the floor on both ends,” said Beatty.
The next game is against Churchill County on Saturday, January 26, 2013.
