Another Homecoming week has come and gone at Lowry High School. Homecoming was even crazier and wilder than ever before.
The week started off with color war day between the classes for the first of two assemblies for the week. Freshmen were purple, Sophomores were green, Juniors were orange, and Seniors were yellow. With Sophomores winning a water transfer lunch competition, and the Sophomores/Juniors girls winning the Powder Puff football game, the week was starting off great.
Tuesday was twin day with the Seniors winning the three-legged-race lunchtime activity. Rudy was shown Tuesday night for movie night.
Wednesday was superhero day and the Freshmen beat out everyone with the superhero launch lunchtime activity.
Thursday was crazy hair and clash day. The Seniors were successful in winning the relay-race lunchtime activity.
Friday brought a close to Homecoming week with Blue-and-Gold day. The Seniors were victorious in winning the shaving cream and cereal lunchtime activity. Brian Cholico and Dixie Richards were crowned for Homecoming King and Queen.
That was the entire Homecoming week here at Lowry High.
