Paparazzi: A pointless profession

One thing that really grinds my gears is the paparazzi. Why do people feel the need to get into every second of a famous person’s life? I do not understand it at all. They are people who do regular people things. Just because they are famous doesn’t mean that everything they do is interesting. I really do not care.

Given that when Britney Spears shaves her head, it is somewhat amusing, but it really does not matter. There are tons of people that go on crazy rampages and shave their heads, and nobody gives a darn about them. So why does singing a couple of songs or starring in a couple of movies make everything they do fascinating?

One show that I can not stand is TMZ. It is a whole TV show dedicated to paparazzi and what they get on video. A lot of their clips on the show shows and criticizes the celebrities for getting angry at the paparazzi, but they have every reason to get mad. Even the most simple little task that the star does, that an average Joe did last week, could be the cover of the next OK magazine.

Whoever keeps up with all the celebrities and what they do on a daily basis needs to get their own life. It is ridiculous. They really aren’t that exciting.
