The Gladiators Challenge (GC) is an MMA league that holds championship fights and regular weighted matches for entertainment in cities all over the West Coast. It is one of the oldest operated fighting companies in the US. There are fights that change competitors from around the world and every so often there are events in Elko and Reno that locals can attend to watch semi-pro fighters brawl in the octagon. Some of GC’s fights have been aired on Spike TV in the past and it is a growing league that we’re lucky to have near us.

There are many different fighters in the Gladiators Challenge fighting league and 10 champions in 10 different weight classes. Like any other fighting league, the Gladiators Challenge has weight classes from 125 lbs to 275 lbs and heavyweight classes. Even a Native American champion belt can be won by the fighters that are Native Americans. The GC is headed by owner and founder Tedd Williams who has over 20 years of mixed martial arts experience.

An upcoming event for the GC is coming up in Elko, Nevada on June 30. The event will be held at the Elko Indian Colony Gymnasium with a card full of exciting fights. With a full fight card and many amateur fighters and defending champs, it should be a great show of sport for amateur fighters everywhere involved in MMA.
