Every month Lowry High School has four students of the month. For the month of November, our students of the months were: Brenda Ramirez for the freshman, Michael Meckley for the sophomores, Nicholas Belanger for the juniors, and Seth Vesco for the seniors. These students were not randomly chosen but were nominated
By teachers who think they deserve this title. Their reactions were all the same. They were all very excited to be nominated. Who wouldn’t be? Here are some quotes from the teachers who nominated them:
“Brenda is a very hard working, overachieving student, and a wonderful example of success!” –Mrs. Pasquale
“Michael has done an outstanding job in yearbook class—volunteering to work overtime, attending school functions, and helping out fellow members.” –Mrs. Scott
“Nick comes to class early and studies for vocabulary quizzes. He models proper behavior during class time and always, when absent, comes in during appropriate times to make up work!” –Mrs. Hernandez
“Seth has been an excellent leader for the FFA. He has stepped up to the plate when I was gone on maternity leave and took care of many important things. He is always willing to help out!” –Mrs. Hill
