“Austin Powers” is a good movie to watch because it has a very humorous plot. The plot is somewhat ridiculous, which is what makes it funny.

The characters in the movie are played to their outrageous roles. Austin Powers (the main “hero”) is known for his groovy moves and charm which always helps him save the day from the “evil” Dr. Evil and his mini-me. Dr. Evil likes to think he is the smartest most evil villain in the world when he is truly somewhat of an idiot.

The time setting that the Austin Powers movies take place in is the ’60s. The ’60s was a time when the groovy, tye-dye, rainbows, flowers, bell bottoms, lava lamps, and in this case, the very famous Austin Powers was in.

The characters Dr. Evil, Austin Powers, and Fat Bastard were all played by the same actor, Michael Myers. Myers has a brilliant sense of humor and created the characters all with different humorous personalities.

This Movie should not be viewed by young children because it has a more mature level of humor. Parental guidance strongly suggested for children under 13.
