What to Watch Sports: U.S. vs. Jamaica Soccer World Cup Qualifier

By Marcos Duran-Salcedo Posted April 19, 2013

Tensions have been running high as the qualifying season progresses, but the US men’s Soccer team has never failed to impress so far, dominating in all their qualifying games, with one tie against Mexico. Jamaica has had a fair qualifying season so far but ultimately has been getting better.

Many think that, with the US being so cocky lately, they are going to lose and considering that Jamaica demonstrated great ball possession during their match against Mexico, it will be a close match. We are currently in Round 4, with Panama at the top of the table. If the US wins, they will bump up to the first place, guaranteeing their spot in the intercontinental qualifiers.

The game will be broadcast at 6:30 p.m. on June 7 on beIN Sport.
