The girls’ golf team had an amazing season this year. The girls finished second in the northern region and qualified for the state.
Senior Katelyn Cassinelli placed third individually with an overall score of 163 (79 on day one and 84 on the second), and the team placed fifth with a score of 826.
“The tournament in Elko was hard to play through,” said Jordyn Medicine Cloud. “It was pouring outside, but we kept going. I was really sad but also relieved when the coaches called us in after the rain didn’t lighten up after an hour.”
