JV Bucks traveled to Spring Creek during an away game on December 13 with a convincing victory, 64-46. Oscar Juanes, a sophomore on the JV team, explains how accomplished he feels about the victory over Spring Creek’s team and how this game could lead to many victories throughout the rest of the season.
“I feel very satisfied with winning this game; my team and I take this as an accomplishment; it could very well be our team’s stepping stone to winning,” said Juanes.
Juanes also explains his team’s play style so far into the season and how the team’s bond can lead them to many victories.
“As a whole, I think we are beginning to recognize each other’s style of play, which will benefit us for the rest of the season, which will make our games go better and better each time we play against another team,” said Juanes.
The team’s goal that they had set is to win the rest of their games this season and to set out to destroy and take victory against the Fernley Vaqueros.
You can catch the JV Bucks back in action when they set out to play against Fernley.
