Basketball season is in full effect with a dozen boys playing on varsity this year. So far they have the team holds a record of 3-12.
Joe Taylor expressed what he is looking forward to this season.
“Well, this season is my final season since I am graduating, so I’m gonna go out with a bang,” said Taylor. “A goal of mine this season is to try my absolute hardest to shoot at least 10 hoops a game.”
Jed Teichert, another senior on the team, had a few remarks on what he is looking forward to this year.
“We are a pretty small team this year with three seniors,” said Teichert. “So as a senior and having played varsity last year, I am looking forward to helping the younger players build the program for the future years.”
The coach of the team this year is Chad Peters.
The full roster of the team: Dylan Kalkoske, Jed Teichert, Brady Lange, Riley Sakurada, Lorenzo Mattson, Dominic Solis, Brendan Domire, Brayden Jensen, Joe Taylor, Darian Solis, Dorsey Naveran, Kobe Stoker, and the team’s manager, Jacob Hernandez.
