The Buckaroos kicked off an away game against Truckee on September 15.
Brendan Domire and his team came out with a loss. The team made some mistakes throughout the game, but will correct them in games to come.
“I think we played well. We had a couple of mental errors, but overall we played really good,” said Domire.
Scottie Smith and his team are continuing to correct the errors they made by working harder at practices and being active members of the team during the games.
“We need to work on both offense and defense. Our offense needs to convert plays into touchdowns, and we need to work on our pass coverage for defense,” said Smith.
The Loss against Truckee puts varsity football at 0-4 this season.
Lowry football will be back in action Friday, September 29.
