After a rough start to the beginning of freshmen football season, they are still not giving up. Lowry played Battle Mountain at home on Thursday. They were defeated 40-0.
“We just need to start playing like a team. If we start playing better, it will get us farther,” said freshman, Taylor Aitken.
It was obvious the team was not cooperating well on Thursday’s game.
“If our team would start getting along better and come together, we’ll start winning more,” said Seth Hornbarger, also on the freshmen football team.
Lowry plays Wooster at Sparks on September 18.
