Lowry JV soccer was held scoreless all day as they lost to South Tahoe 8-0 after forfeiting due to injury. They also tied with North Tahoe 0-0 in a very defensive game.

In the first game, Lowry was unable to score against the very offensive South Tahoe team and later forfeited the game because of injury. Late in the second half, Courtney Boucher, suffered a back injury and medical attention was required. Fortunately, she was alright and able to play their second game.

“Courtney got injured which was pretty nerve-racking,” said coach Sarah Bull in response to the forfeit.

Later Lowry played North Tahoe for their second game of the day which resulted in a 0-0 tie. Lowry just could not get the ball into the back of the net.

“In our second game, we had the same problem we’ve had all year, not being able to score,” Bull said after the tie.

Lowry JV Girls soccer finishes the season this coming Saturday.
