Hailee Gibson was chosen as the English Student of the Week by Ms. Mary Keith. Keith chose Hailee for always being friendly and helpful to the people around her.
“She is very kind and friendly, as well as helpful to her peers and teachers,” said Keith.
Hailee always has a positive attitude and works diligently to keep her grades high.
“Hailee always has a smile on her face,” said Keith. “She completes all her work and maintains excellent grades.”
Hailee is happy she is getting recognized for all the work she puts in.
“I’m happy I got chosen, I think I’ve tried my hardest to get this recognition,” said Gibson.
Gibson is always kind to her peers around and shows everyone the respect they deserve.
“I feel like being kind to people is something that should be done without getting told to do it,” said Gibson. “ I show everyone respect no matter how frustrated I get with people.”
In Gibson’s free time, she likes playing sports like basketball, soccer, and track.
“I like doing sports on my free time, even if it’s practicing at home,” said Gibson.
“Track gives you the social aspect where you can meet people from other schools and get to know them, while in soccer and basketball, we can all grow together as a team.”
