Alright, listen up people. We have issues in the hallway that must be stopped. Such as walking as slow as paralyzed snails, too much PDA, walking on the wrong side of the hallway, and people stopping in the hallways and talking.
We’ve all been stuck behind slow walkers and it is one of the worst struggles of getting to class. Especially if you cannot get around other students because the left side is way too busy. So you just bite your lip and hope they fall or something. So please keep up the pace people.
Do you drive on the left side of the road? No, you don’t. The hallways are like the road. You walk on the right side, you only pass people if the left lane is clear, and you do not park in the middle of the road. It is that simple.
Where do I begin with PDA? To make a long story short, it’s nasty. It’s okay to hold hands and give pecks when you split up for the treacherous 55 minutes but do not do anything beyond that. That’s just weird.
Do not stop in the middle of the hallways and talk. It is okay if it is before and after school, but not in our five-minute transition from one classroom to the other in a hallway that is already packed. If you are in a hallway that is open and only a few students are walking then feel free.
As long as you can do these simple things in the hallway, no one will hate walking behind you.
