Lowry men’s varsity soccer lost a heartbreaking home game against Truckee 3-1 on Saturday, October 13.
Junior Aldahir Hernandez scored the lone goal for the Bucks on Saturday.
The hard-fought game didn’t go their way, but Hernandez thinks if they had done something differently, they would have had a chance to win.
“I think if we played as a team more as we did in the second half, we definitely could have come away with the win,” said Hernandez.
Senior Tony Herrera thought the team did well, but not good enough to win.
“I think our defense was good, our talking and passing were also good as well,” said Herrera.
The Lowry Bucks’ next game is Thursday, October 25, against Spring Creek at home.
