On January 6, the Bucks traveled to Sparks High School to play against the Railroaders. Lowry beat the Railroaders 60 to 34.
Freshman boys coach, Brandon Eastman, gave his opinion on the boys and their work overall.
“Our team did well against Sparks, and the boys really worked hard to put our plays into practice and made the best of what they were taught,” said Eastman.
Maxwell Mavity, one player on the team, gave his view on the team’s performance and what they need to work on.
“The plays we run are good, they just need to be executed better and with way more speed than what we were performing in the game,” said Mavity.
The freshman boys’ basketball team will travel to Truckee High School to go against the Wolverines on January 24.
