It’s testing time again and the first victims of the tests will be every Junior in the state of Nevada and the venom in the ACT and Writing Exam, which Lowry will be administering on April 28.
Then comes the End of Course (EOC) tests beginning May 11. This year the Freshman will take Math 1 (Algebra 1) and English 1. Sophomores will be taking Math 1, English 1, Math 2 (Geometry), and English 2.
Next year and beyond, Sophomores will only have to take Math 2 and English 2. Juniors will have to take the ACT and Writing Exam.
The schedule for the test is as follows. For freshmen in the morning and sophomores in the afternoon: Monday EOC Math 1 and Tuesday English 1. For sophomore mores only: Wednesday Math 2 and Thursday English 2. Friday is reserved for test makeups.
