Lowry’s JV boys’ basketball team shows promise and is excited to dominate the teams this year. Coached by Bryant Beatty, this is what he had to say on this year’s team.
“I personally think this year’s team has potential, but with hard work we can make that potential put to use for the whole team and for the players themselves,” said Beatty.
Evan Jeppsen gave his thoughts on what the boys should work on for this year’s season.
“I can’t wait to play this year and improve on my skills more every day with the rest of my friends on the team,” Jeppsen said.
One player, Oscar Juanes, also gave his view on what the team should improve in.
“We as a team need to work on getting the ball around and getting inside the key to get those points to really get the game moving,” Juanes said.
The JV boys are determined and ready overall as a team to take on this year’s season head-on.
The JV boys will travel to Spring Creek on December 13 to play against the Spartans.
