Lindsay Pate, a member of the varsity soccer team, has been selected as Student-Athlete of the Week by her coach, Melanie Rasor.
“Lindsay is a driven and disciplined athlete. Her ability to be versatile has contributed to the team’s success,” said Rasor.
Pate is a junior at Lowry and one of her strongest characteristics is her positive attitude. At practice, her work ethic and contagious energy always increase the team’s focus and intensity all around.
“She thoroughly understands the concept of teamwork and positive encouragement towards others, said Razor; she is an extremely valuable member of our team.”
Fun fact, this past summer she was MVP at the UNR goalie camp.
Their next home game will be October 21 at 2 p.m. against Dayton along with playing against Elko at home October 23 at 4 p.m.
