The varsity volleyball team beat Sparks in an exhilarating match on October 13 at Lowry. The team’s season has been going very well considering they are currently second in the league.

Alyssa Kuskie, a player on the team, said the team has been showing excellent sportsmanship and has been working together.

“The season has been going really well for us this year. I think that the team is really working together well and we can always count on each other to make an equal effort to play well and fair. The team has also been really humble about our wins and our losses and shows a great amount of sportsmanship throughout the season and has overall done an amazing job,” said Kuskie.

Kuskie also pointed out things that made this particular game stand out.

“I think that we all played really well. There are always going to be things that we can improve on but we’ve been working together and just helping each other out a lot more. I think that really showed in our game against Sparks,” Kuskie added.
