Baseball competed in Fallon this past weekend for their regional tournament determining whether or not they will be going to state. The turnout was not as planned with this last weekend being the end of the baseball season.

The boys won the first game, 3-0. According to coach Espinola, that game was a success with Bryan Noble throwing an extremely good game. In the second game, Lowry was up four runs but ended up losing 7-5. The team lost their final game putting them out for the season with a 4-1 loss. Although, in this third game Espinola stated that Jesse Studebaker threw extremely well.

“We hit well, just never in the right areas. We found the Green Wave rather than the green grass,” said Espinola.

Overall coach Espinola said that the season was a lot of fun, with many memories, and the boys have a lot to be proud of.

Brandon Okuma stood out against Fallon, making one of the best catches ever, phenomenal as Espinola stated. All of the pitchers, Jace Billingsley, Jesse Studebaker, and Bryan Noble, all threw very well.
