On Friday, November 7, the Lowry Buckaroos varsity football team took on the Fallon Greenwave for regionals. The Buckaroos lost 34-6.

“We let Fallon get the momentum right at the beginning and we couldn’t get anything going on offense to stop their momentum. We did some things right but it just wasn’t enough to stop them,” said Donovan Brumm.

Fallon scored in the first seven minutes after the Buckaroos threw an interception, allowing Fallon to run in a 99-yard return.  The Bucks battled back in the last quarter, scoring a touchdown in the last few minutes.

This season the Buckaroos had 1127 passing yards, 2940 rushing yards, 858 tackles, and 12 sacks.

“It was a fun last game and I think we ended it on a good note with Kyle Tarr’s touchdown,” said Cameron Okuma.

The Bucks ended their season with a record of 7-4.
