Lowry High School held a date auction on Wednesday, January 31 in the auditorium.

Many students volunteered to get auctioned and all students were bought. The date auction was just one activity held during Winterfest week.

Although the date auctions had some differences in the crowd this year. Junior Macy Munroe noticed a big difference in this year’s auction.

“We had a small crowd this year show up and it was empty,” said Munroe.

Junior Lilly Pasquale made a new friend at the auction.

“I bid on a few people and won my best friend, but I got to talk to a lot of new people after at the bowling alley,” said Pasquale.
