Lowry High School was selected for the Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition High School Achievement Award because of what great success they have achieved in the classroom and on the athletic side.

“It’s not often a school this small achieves what we did last year. We are very honored that we can be part of this,” said Chad Peters.

Lowry set a record of nine academic state championships and three athletic state championships last year. Over the past four years, Lowry has won eight athletic state championships. As a school, Lowry has proved itself a successful league not only on the field but in the classroom.
