The end of the high school era is coming to an end for the Lowry class of 2025. However, with the end of their school year approaching, it calls for a walk down memory lane for their most embarrassing moments throughout all four years of high school.
For most, their most embarrassing moment might be falling down the steps or accidentally waving at the wrong person. However, for this year’s graduating class, they’re a bit more eventful than accidentally walking into the wrong classroom.
For senior Hunter Fears, his moment took place during his junior year in the dirt parking lot. His moment involved both him and his friend, Logan Smith. They were going out to lunch like usual when Fears all of a sudden slammed on his brakes super hard. Smith, unfortunately, had already taken off his seatbelt.
“His head just went right through the windshield, shattered it completely,” said Fears.
Thankfully, Smith was perfectly okay, and they laughed about it later on. Not only does Fears have one moment to share, but he has two. This one happened with his other friend, Trevor Crawford. They had a miscommunication that took place on the dirt lot, which resulted in them throwing rocks at each other.

“He hit my car with rocks when he was driving, so I decided to throw rocks back at him,” said Crawford
For senior Joao Pedro Lyra Lisboa, his moment came from the ultimate betrayal of all time. He was a senior assassin, and he put his trust in the hands of the wrong people.
“Karyn lied to me about who her target was,” said Lyra Lisboa.
Karyn Morton asked for his help in getting her target in the end, but she turned around and got Lyra Lisboa instead.
For Senior Ella Ronan’s moment was what most of us hoped would not happen. She had an essay due in her English class. She was working on it and turned it in. It was not till after she submitted it that she realized she had done the entire essay on a completely different book.
“I was reading a book about the essay, but when it came time to turn it in, I realized I had done it on the wrong book,” said Ronan.
