Ms. Kristin Flanders has selected Rafael Flores Gomez as her Student of the Week, recognizing his positive attitude and helpful nature in the classroom.
“He’s always upbeat and a great student to teach; he makes the classroom more welcoming,” said Flanders.“His kindness and willingness to help others set a great example for everyone”
Gomez is always ready to assist his classmates, whether it’s offering a helping hand with assignments or simply making others feel more comfortable.
“He says hi to everyone and helps other students when needed,” said Flanders.
Gomez was honored to be selected and appreciated the recognition.
“It’s cool I got picked,” said Gomez. “I always try in that class, and being recognized for my efforts makes me feel seen.”
His dedication to his studies and his efforts to create a positive classroom environment are clear to both his teacher and peers. Beyond being a helpful student, Gomez also enjoys the class itself.
“The class is fun, and we do something new every day. It keeps me interested and excited to learn,” said Gomez.
Flanders is proud of her student’s achievements and hopes his example will inspire others.
