Coach Chris Entwistle chose Natalya Guizar as Student-Athlete of the Week for her devoted effort to becoming better.
“Natalya had a phenomenal game against West Wendover and scored three goals against them,” said Entwistle. “She’s 100% since I’ve been coaching her. I’ve been coaching her for three years.”
Guizar was pleased to be recognized.
“I am very proud of myself and proud I was able to play on the team, and being able to show my skills,” said Guizar. “It’s a sport I enjoy and I’m just glad to be part of the team and help my teammates and my team.”
