Senior Gaven Ross was selected by Paul Criddle for Performer of the Week.
Ross is the President of the percussion class and usually plays the snare drums.
“I’ve been in it for three years now, but I wish I could have done it sooner. I truly enjoy being a part of this class and it’s something I’ll never forget,” said Ross.
According to Criddle, she is “dedicated to the band and tries her hardest.”
At Lowry’s last varsity home game, Ross was chosen to improvise on the quads and proved to be a valued member of the band.
The pep band will be playing at the next home game on September 22.
