Tyler is an outstanding artist with amazing skills in only an Art I class. Ms. Topholm has chosen Jenkins as Performer of the Week due to his amazing work ethic. According to Topholm, Jenkins is always going above and beyond and is always on task developing numerous new projects. For the fourth and final quarter, Topholm assigned an artist’s choice project to finish the year; according to Topholm, Jenkins has so far completed six final projects and is still working.
“Tyler is an art version of the energizer bean, he has a sublime interest in comics and has developed a real talent in that art genre. He has stood out immensely this fourth quarter,” said Topholm.
