Lowry faced Spring Creek on Friday, October 23. The Buckaroos took the loss but put forth a good effort.
Victor Castaneda scored the only touchdown in the 47-6 loss.
“I think our football team did good on keeping each other’s spirits up and treating each other like brothers,” said Cameron Okuma.
The whole team agrees they have many things they could improve on, but they all believe they are united as a family. Even though the Bucks have faced some hard losses this season, they still continue to keep moving forward and won’t give up.
“I think staying together as a family is one of the strongest aspects of our game,” said Dominic Diaz.
Though the Bucks have improved throughout the season they still plan to make more improvements for the next game and for next season.
“I think we should’ve worked harder on being a little more aggressive out on the field,” said Okuma.
The football season is coming to an end. The Buckaroos only having one game left of the season have high expectations for next year they plan on being aggressive and giving their all.
“Next season I think everyone is looking to improve. We are losing many strong players, but I think with new players moving up and the eager to win games we will practice hard and play even harder,” said Jed Teichert.
The Buckaroos play against Churchill County on Thursday.
