“Supernatural” is an exciting television show that has been entertaining people since 2005 with its perspective on the supernatural and witty humor. In 2014 “Supernatural” started its ninth season.

Main characters Dean and Sam Winchester are hunters of the dead. They were trained for the profession at young ages by their father John. They hunt many creatures such as ghosts, vampires, spirits, demons, tricksters, and angels. Of these creatures some are good, take angels for example, some, like Castiel, are good while others, like Lucifer, are evil or that is how it may appear. “Supernatural” gives a look into the beliefs of the world and creates new ideas of common myths.

There are other hunters like Bobby Singer, a friend of the Winchesters, who is basically their uncle. An example of a bad hunter is Gordon Walker who kills, because, unlike the Winchesters, something isn’t normal, he never considers if what he is killing is good.

“Supernatural” is also full of Dean’s humor. He is the life of the TV show and he could be in jail for life and he would still be cracking jokes. The humor adds a lot to the episodes and really makes it great.

New episodes of “Supernatural” air every Tuesday at 9 p.m. 8 central on the CW. However, if you are just starting you may want to begin with season one episode one.
