The freshman girl’s basketball team had a successful weekend at Lowry. They defeated the Fallon Greenwave by a score of 46-26. The players all agreed that they played a good game.
“This was one of the best games we have played. Fallon is our biggest competition and I feel like we all played really well. Things can only go up from here,” said Lily Pasquale, a member of the team.
Even though the season has been going well for the team, they still have some techniques to work on to ensure their winning streak continues.
“We need to work more on boxing out so the other team doesn’t get so many rebounds. We need to rebound more too,” said Rachel Garrison.
The freshman team will be taking on Spring Creek next week for Winterfest.
