The Lowry girl’s golf team traveled to the lake and walked off the course with its best win of the season.

According to coach Andrew Myer, this was the team’s best performance of the young season.

After the win in South Tahoe the girls’ varsity golf team is looking for momentum and a bright season. Some things Coach Myer thinks his team can improve on is the short game around the green another.

Coach Myer also said “we need to have our five and six players to improve and contribute to our team score if we are going to be competitive this year”

One player that coach Myer said did very well in South Tahoe was Caitlin Orr who Posted her season low of 109. The team’s next outing is in Dayton and overall coach Myer said that this has been a very good season and that it should be very fun to watch.
