This year, Lowry High School is Hosting a Trip to Peru for students to travel around new places and learn about new cultures. Mr. Clay Sager is a vice principal at Lowry High School.
“Well the thing I’m most looking forward to is seeing Machu Picchu,” said Sagers “I like to travel and I want to give them that opportunity to be able to do that as well, so it’s a fun opportunity for them and myself”.
Mr. Sager thought it would be an excellent idea for the students to learn about new places.
“I’m excited and nervous about the Peru trip, it’s my senior year. I have done something like this before, and having a friend come with me makes it better”, said senior Yadria Lane. “It gives me the opportunity to go see things and places I haven’t before.”
The students are thrilled with the opportunity that Mr. Sagers has given them to discover new places.
‘’I am excited about the trip and seeing all of the landmarks and the sights,” said sophomore Naomi Miller.
The students looking forward to the trip are excited to experience new adventures, the trip to Peru is a student base so any student wanting to go pays their part.
