“It was a challenging course with massive hills and deep crack crossing,” said coach Dawn Lucas.

Lowry cross country went to Whittel on September 10, 2010. The varsity course was 5k and the JV course was 2 miles. The varsity girls had two that finished in the top; Jenae Neu with a time of 25.18 minutes and Kinzie McCintick with a time of 25.35 minutes. Lowry had a 22 minute finish time last Friday, September 10, 2010, with two top runners for the varsity boys in Shane Bell and Chase Estes.

“It’s early in the season, our coaches are going to peak us out at the right time just before state” said Chase Estes.

Estes also says the team keeps improving by working hard. The JV boys had Joey Flanders and Brady Riley finish in the top. The JV girls had Yoana Chavez, Riata Kull, Jorden Raynor, Marion House, and Lexie Coleman finish 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th.
