Lady Gaga’s latest album “Born This Way”was released May 23, 2011. This was the artist’s third major album.

The three best songs on this CD are “Born This Way”, “Government Hooker”, and “Electric Chapel”.

Born This Way is a song that everybody can relate to, and it has a spunky beat and clever rhythm. Through the lyrics of this anthem, Gaga says what the rest of us have been too scared to say, this makes her a true advocate for the insecure.

Government Hooker is a rather controversial song as it states, “Put your hands on me, John F. Kennedy.” Otherwise, it’s a fun song that makes any listener want to bust a move.

Electric Chapel is one of the more intriguing pieces on the album. Its dark melodies and mysterious lyrics could provoke you to listen to it on repeat in order to maybe fully understand her intentions for creating it.

As expected, this album did not disappoint. It’s safe to say that Lady Gaga is a legend in the making.
