This week Mr. Byron Jeppsen nominated the Spanish Student of the Week to be Ava Marquis. Marquis is hardworking and studies hard to excel in Spanish II.
“She is a hard worker and aced the first quiz,” said Jeppsen.
Marquis pays close attention in class and sets aside time to study to achieve good grades.
“I understand Spanish well due to focusing hard and participating in all activities,” said Marquis
Even though the year has just begun, Mr. Jeppsen notices how she uses her good traits to inspire and work with her classmates.
“We haven’t had many opportunities to work with groups or partners,” said Jeppsen. “But when we do she works great with the other students.”
Marquis enjoys the class because of the positive environment it provides her with.
“Mr. Jeppsen’s class always has something to look forward to,” said Marquis. “I work hard to achieve success for the class so I am very happy that I was noticed for it.”
Participating in class and having a good attitude are essential to having a good class. Marquis does an outstanding job of displaying this.
