Tuba player Jacob Schmidt was named Performer of the Week by Mr. Paul Criddle.
Criddle chose Schmidt because “He switched from a baritone to a Tuba, and plays his part really well,” said Criddle. “He has a really great attitude and since the bass of a band is fundamental, that really helps.”
“The whole band in general is starting to get together,” said Criddle. “They sound really great and they are really working hard. It would be nice to see more people at the concerts.”
The band’s next concert is October 29.
