Kelton Robbins, junior, was selected for performer of the week for his efforts in Mr. Criddle’s band. He plays lead trumpet and is a valuable asset to the Lowry band. He also participates in Lowry’s concerts and was recently in the “Where’s the beef?” performance.
“Trumpet is a critical part to the melody in a band,” said Mr. Criddle, “It has many long solos and jobs that make us sound good and Kelton does a great job at doing this.”
Next week during advisory, there will be a concert by the band so look for Kelton and the many others that make Lowry Band so great.
