Mr. Meyer chose senior Wade Mori as Student-Athlete of the Week and he has shown a positive attitude to the team.
“He had an exceptional performance in our icebreaker tournament and has a good attitude,” said Meyer. “He’s always happy.”
Mori always shows up with a good attitude ready to play and is a motivation to the rest of the team.
“He has carried motivation all the way through and he has a great belt buckle,” said Meyer.
Mori accomplishes his goals and shows what he’s got. He is determined to work hard and the show is all in practice or tournaments. He always has a smile on his face and is a class clown.
Mori has put in the dedication and worked so hard the past four years to get into a position to accomplish his achievements.
“There is nothing that I have done that is so relaxing yet stressful,” said Mori.
Golf is stressful, but Mori is willing to work hard each day and shows his perseverance each day.
“Golf is not much of a team sport, but I am happy to say that I have a great relationship with everyone on the team,” said Mori. “Including coach Meyer that has helped me achieve everything I’ve wanted out of this game.”
