Angel Garcia was nominated Student of the Week by Ms. Laurel Weaver. Angel is a hard-working student that comes to school whenever he can to persevere in his studies.
“His attendance is really good, he comes to his physical classes as far as on the blue schedule, but on Tuesdays and Thursdays which are his distance days he comes into labs and he studies and keeps up his work,” said Weaver.
Student of the Week is not an easy task for some students, so when chosen students should feel glad.
Angel had expressed feelings he had felt about being chosen for the student of the week he said, “I feel very proud of myself.”
Garcia is a hard-working student who shows dedication and determination by staying focused on his work.
Garcia is an example of how we should treat our distance learning days.
