For those of you who enjoy reading “The Brand,” be sure to thank our seniors and fearless leader, Jessie Schirrick, Dani Ricker, and Josh Dunnington. Each of these seniors has contributed greatly to “The Brand”.
Jessie Schirrick is the Managing Editor this year and has three years of experience as a reporter, about 720 school days spent with Espy, and has contributed to “The Brand”.
You may remember her from “Jessie’s Journal”, the highlight of every print edition, or from one of her many roles on the stage. She has been in drama for one year and played the roles of Lady Macbeth, the Evil Stepmother of Cinderella, and various roles in “Saturday Night Live” and Senior Skits. She has also been in FFA for three years and works at Parks Cinemas and the Griddle.
Dani Ricker is the Opinions, Managing, and Advertising Editor this year and has been a reporter for one year. Ricker has also participated in FBLA for two years, basketball and track for three years, and Drama and Stagecrafts for a year, last year. Ricker also works at Round Table making delicious pizza.
Josh (Javier) Dunnington is our Online Editor. This was his first year in “The Brand,” and he also led his team in Academic Challenge. As the Online Editor, Dunnington works on and posts stories on “The Brand’s” website, thelowrybrand.com.
