On December 1, Lowry hosted the Lowry Invitational and broke some necks and cashed some checks. Lowry played Tonopah, Mcdermitt, Owyhee, and Virgin Valley.

Lowry started the season, and tournament off with a dominating 93-64 win against the Owyhee Braves. Josh Watterson led the Bucks with a game-high 17 points.

Lowry then played Mcdermitt and had trouble fighting off the Bulldogs. Even though Lowry had trouble, they still squeaked out a 49-46 win. The Bucks used a fourth-quarter run to come from behind and win the game. Jesse Studebaker led the Bucks with a game-high 14 points.

After a tough match-up against the Bulldogs, Lowry got off to a quick start against the Tonopah Muckers. The Bucks completely dominated from the opening tip and didn’t let the Muckers score over four points in any quarter, leading to a 56-9 win. Josh Watterson led a balanced scoring attack for the Bucks, with nine points.

Lowry then faced off against a southern 3A team, the Virgin Valley Bulldogs. The Bucks won the game 79-65. Josh Watterson led the Bucks with a game-high 28 points. Lowry used a solid opening quarter to build a 20-9 lead and the Bucks never let up from there.

Lowry started the season off 4-0, and are traveling to a tournament in Mesquite as they look to improve on their undefeated record.
