The dominant Lowry wrestling team took on the challenge of going to the Carson Duals to test their skills against the top 4A competition in Northern Nevada.
After coming off of a third straight state championship the Bucks took their talents to Carson where they wrecked the 4A competition. Lowry beat Carson City, Damonte Ranch, and North Valleys by at least 20 points.
Lowry is returning five state champions from last season. Eric Brooks thought the team wrestled well.
“As a team, we performed very well, we won the matches we were supposed to,” said Eric Brooks.
The wrestling team will have its next tournament in Fallon.
