The varsity girls’ basketball team has gone 15-8 overall and 7-3 in league games.

Britain Backus (29.1 ppg) led the team in scoring, while Natalee Formby (6.1 ppg) was the second leading scorer of this season, and she feels this season went well.

“I feel the season went very well, and we all worked together and worked hard the whole season,” said Formby. “My favorite part would have to be all the jokes and laughs at practices and games.”

Senior Khlloe Shorey is grateful for the years she played at Lowry, ending on a highlight.

“This year’s team was truly amazing in so many ways and gave me the best last year I could have asked for, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that,” said Shorey.
